Overview

Position contingent upon award of a contract currently under bid. Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, is a data‑focused company dedicated to process and quality in healthcare IT, committed to building systems for healthcare organizations to seamlessly communicate and exchange data across systems and devices.

Supports AMC workforce planning, organizational strategy, talent management initiatives, and Army People Strategy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce and organizational planning initiatives.
• Develop strategic messaging and executive communications.
• Draft Army orders, policies, and implementation plans.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate strategic planning activities across AMC organizations.

Qualifications
