• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years in automotive engineering; 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing complex vehicle projects from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle dynamics, powertrains, electrical systems.
• Excellent project management, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FX vehicle engineering team; guide strategy and execution.
• Review designs, specs, and validation plans for programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across engineering work.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, QA; manage budgets and resources.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-functional communication.
