Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or Banking.
• Strong understanding of foreign currency risk management and hedge accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and treasury software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute weekly hedging for balance sheet, revenue, and net investment programs.
• Engage in discussions to optimize hedging strategies and instruments.
• Lead automation initiatives to identify currency exposures and improve hedging processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to explore AI applications in FX hedging.
