Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking.
• Strong understanding of FX risk management, hedging strategies, treasury operations and accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and treasury software.
• Strong focus on automation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute weekly hedging for balance sheet, revenue, loyalty, and net investment programs.
• Engage in discussions to recommend hedging strategies and instruments.
• Manage FX risk across a dynamic hedge portfolio across multiple programs.
• Lead automation initiatives to identify currency exposures and develop hedging strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to explore AI use cases in FX and hedging processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Foreign Currency and Hedging for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain timely communication with stakeholders and analyze hedging performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Cash Management to support global liquidity.
• Lead ad hoc treasury projects, including capital markets support, investments.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
