Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking a senior FX Client Platforms Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, Vice President for a hybrid role. Lead development efforts and coordinate with technology teams to drive complex FX platform initiatives.

The role requires 6-10 years in Apps Development or systems analysis, strong FX domain knowledge, leadership, and project management skills. A Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Must have a strong understanding of FX, with hands-on experience in the FX domain.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and in programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and deploy new products/process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes and standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design aligns with architecture blueprint.
• Establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
• Develop knowledge of how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
