Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston is seeking a proactive Product Analyst / Business Analyst for the FX Connect platform. You will translate high-level business objectives into functional requirements and support delivery of new features, collaborating with product and development teams.

Ideal candidates are early in FX or trading systems, with strong analytical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis, end to end SDLC and software release experience.
• Experience in Financial services, FX, trading systems workflow and UX design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take high-level business requirements and analyze/define functional requirements for a positive user experience and platform efficiency.
• Own and develop expertise in the FX Connect platform and client workflows to become a trusted SME over time.
• Monitor project progress, track activity, publish progress reports, and recommend actions.
• Maintain release notes and internal/external training materials.
• Collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
• Evaluate existing FXC Web platform features and evolve designs/UI.
