The role blends quantitative research with software development, requiring collaboration across Technology, Product, Risk and Trading teams.

You will work primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities, contributing to modeling, testing, and real-time decision making in a fast-paced capital markets environment.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a quantitative field preferred.
• Experience conducting independent quantitative research.
• Strong background in large datasets and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated trading strategies for benchmark execution and risk hedging.
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, traders and risk teams across Technology, Product and Model Risk.
• Contribute to end-to-end research lifecycle from hypothesis to production deployment.
