Responsibilities

• Send email communications to stakeholders.
• Make phone calls to coordinate with campus partners.
• Assist with event planning and coordination for campus events.
• File forms and maintain administrative records.
• Create flyers, presentations, and handouts; post event materials.
• Post event flyers and updates across campus channels.
• Assist with event setup and on-site logistics.
• Support office duties including Student Nutritional Access Center and Titan Attire Closet.

Job ResponsibilitiesSend email, make phone calls, assist with event planning and coordination, file forms, create flyers, presentations, and handouts, post event flyers, assist with event set up, assist with office duties, including the Student Nutritional Access Center and Titan Attire Closet.Minimum and Additional RequirementsStrong keyboard skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, friendly, outgoing, personable, flexible, willing to take direction and comfortable speaking in groups, ability to communicate with a diverse community, creativity and ability to lift up to 30lbs.This position is not eligible for benefits.
