Job summary

Tillotson Enterprises Inc is seeking a FW Crew Member for a seasonal/temporary role. The candidate will join a team in foundation repair and waterproofing, with training provided.

The position offers overtime, holiday pay, and potential advancement to full-time based on performance. The ideal candidate is 18+, holds a valid driver's license, and is willing to work long hours in hot conditions, possibly traveling overnight to jobs.

• Must have a drivers license and be approved by TEI insurance.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Willing to work long hours under hot conditions.
• Willing to be gone from home overnight if needed to complete a job.

Responsibilities

• Assist in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and concrete leveling as part of field crew.
• Support team in daily tasks and follow safety protocols.
• Grow skills toward a leadership role within the company.

FWC Crew Member-Seasonal/Temporary

(Foundation Repair, Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting)

FWC specializes in foundation repair, basement waterproofing and concrete leveling. We are willing to train the right person in our industry, and this person should be someone who values great customer service and likes working hard.

This is a temporary position with the opportunity to become full time for someone with previous experience in Concrete Leveling, Foundation Repair and/or Basement Waterproofing or for someone who shows an investment in learning the skills required to become a leader within the company. Having previous experience in leadership capacity would be a plus.
