Job summary

Tillotson Enterprises Inc seeks a motivated FWC Crew Member to join our field team, focusing on foundation repair, waterproofing and concrete leveling. The role offers full-time year-round work with opportunities for leadership and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass drug screening.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be approved by TEI insurance.
• Able to climb a ladder and work in hot conditions.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to travel overnight if required.
• Demonstrates respectful behavior and wears company apparel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in foundation repair, basement waterproofing and concrete leveling tasks.
• Support field crews during busy summer periods and learn leadership skills.
• Maintain safety and quality standards while on job sites.

FWC Crew Member

(Foundation Repair, Waterproofing, and Concrete Lifting)

FWC specializes in foundation repair, basement waterproofing and concrete leveling. We are willing to train the right person in our industry, and this person should be someone who values great customer service and likes working hard.

This is a full-time year round position for someone with previous experience in Concrete Leveling, Foundation Repair and/or Basement Waterproofing or for someone who shows an investment in learning the skills required to become a leader within the company. Having previous experience in a leadership capacity would be a plus.

This job will demand long hours during the summer, but will have lots of flexibility during the off season and some extra paid time off.

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory Drug Screening
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Must have a driver's license and be an approved driver by TEI insurance.

• Willing to be gone from home overnight(s) if needed to complete a job.
