Qualifications

• Ability to manage budgets, attendance, and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees marketing/advertising for the FWAS program and recruitment.
• Coordinates recruitment for students and families in need of academic support.
• Manages budget forms, purchase orders, and KRONOS timekeeping.
• Maintains attendance in TX21 database and ensures program compliance.
• Trains staff and volunteers; enforces safety and conduct policies.
• Collaborates with school staff and community resources.
