Job summary

Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Senior Futures Project Manager to join our New York team. You will drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale futures and clearing transformation initiatives for a major financial services client, coordinating across Front Office, Operations, Risk and Technology.

Based in New York, you will manage onboarding of exchange connectivity, clearing arrangements and expanding US FCM capabilities within a multi-year programme focused on trading and post-trade

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management in financial services or capital markets.
• Experience with Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) operating models and clearing.
• Proven ability to lead multi-workstream programmes across technology and business.
• Certification such as PMP or Prince2 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of futures and clearing transformation initiatives.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, governance and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate onboarding of exchange connectivity and clearing arrangements.
• Advance US FCM capabilities and expansion into new markets.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology.
• Engage with exchanges, clearing brokers and vendors to deliver programmes.
• Support process improvements across the FIS GMI platform.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare status reports and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory, operational, risk and control requirements are met.
