Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant futures clearing experience.
• Hands-on experience with futures clearing operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end futures trade lifecycle.
• Experience with trade allocations, breaks, position monitoring and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of clearing workflows, regulatory reporting, and futures deliveries.
• Experience with trade processing systems and operational workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clearing teams, project managers, and desk stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day futures clearing operations, trade processing.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve trade breaks with relevant teams.
• Monitor futures positions and perform daily reconciliations.
• Demonstrate understanding of the futures trade lifecycle including clearing, allocations, reporting, and deliveries.
• Understand existing transaction-processing workflows and support activities with the GMI system.
• Assist with migration of existing clearing processes to a new platform.
• Collaborate with project managers and clearing operations teams to track deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and transition procedures.
• Support process reviews, issue tracking, and readiness activities during the transition.
• Coordinate with trading desk and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Work with multiple locations to support consistent clearing operations.
