Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks an experienced frontend enablement professional to support Futures Options electronic trading connectivity. You will work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to onboard new connections and implement changes in a fast-paced trading environment.

The role requires onsite client work in Pennington NJ (3 days per week) and periodic travel, with a strong emphasis on automation, operational resilience, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in FIX onboarding, electronic trading connectivity or client enablement.
• Strong knowledge of FIX protocol (FIX 4.2/4.4) and electronic markets.
• Experience in front office or trading desk facing environments.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• XML or similar markup languages; ITIL concepts including Incident, Change and Release Management.

Responsibilities

• Client Enablement Connectivity and onboarding for Futures Options electronic trading.
• Coordinate with vendors and client desks to support connectivity setups and changes.
• Manage FIX certifications for new connections and incremental flows.
• Test, production readiness and rollout of changes in pre-prod/UAT environments.
• Deploy configuration updates across the electronic trading stack and monitor health.
