Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an experienced connectivity senior analyst to join our Execution Services Team, integrating clients with Apex’s multi-asset trading solutions. You will implement end-to-end routing and execution configurations, ensuring a seamless trading experience tailored to each client’s model.

In this role you will manage onboarding connectivity, FIX certification, testing, vendor relationships, and documentation, while collaborating with trading, product, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• FINRA SIE preferred; Series 7 preferred.
• Certifications related to trading systems and technologies (e.g., FIX protocol) are a plus.
• Experience with FIX protocol implementations and vendor management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding connectivity, FIX certification, and routing integration processes for clients, executing brokers, and liquidity venues.
• Direct testing protocols and oversee the promotion of updates and workflows to production environments.
• Resolve high-level issues related to connectivity and trading system functionality.
• Develop and manage relationships with vendor platforms and internal trading, product, and technology teams.
• Ensure proper maintenance of technical specifications and connectivity databases.
• Direct complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding initiatives, adhering to timelines and approvals.
• Identify and contribute to the improvement and streamlining of processes and services, including AI/data tools.
