Job summary

Marex is seeking a FCM Clearing Support in Chicago to manage top day activities, allocations, Give Ups, Give Ins, and monitor trade activity to ensure precise clearing across markets.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of clearing experience, familiarity with Ion XTP Back Office, Ateo LISA and Teo Clearing, and strong verbal and written communication. You will work in a regulated environment, coordinating with brokers and IT teams to mitigate risk and maintain controls.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of clearing experience is expected.
• Knowledge of Ion’s XTP Back Office, Ateo LISA, and Teo Clearing software.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all top day tasks are allocated, cleared, and accepted in a timely and efficient manner.
• Daily monitoring and problem resolution of exchange clearing gateways and third-party clearer file imports.
• Daily monitoring and problem resolution of downstream internal system feeds and process.
• Collaborate with brokers, assisting with all queries and requirements.
• Report any issues to back-office supervisor and clearing manager.
• Ability to work closely with IT and trade support groups, advising of system issues daily.
