Job summary

Futu US Inc. is seeking a Manager, Futures Regulatory Compliance to lead regulatory examinations, licensing and futures-related oversight.

You will coordinate responses with CFTC, NFA, CME Group and other authorities, while partnering with Compliance, Futures Operations, Risk, and Legal teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a regulated derivatives environment, strong knowledge of CFTC/NFA requirements, and experience managing complex regulatory information requests within an FCM or similar

• Significant hands-on experience in a futures/derivatives regulatory environment.
• Experience coordinating regulatory examinations, inquiries, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Compliance coordinator for futures regulatory examinations and investigations.
• Coordinate information gathering across Compliance, Futures Operations, Risk, Technology, Finance, Legal, and business units.
