Deutsche Bank in Chicago is seeking an Associate US LD Clearing & Deliveries Clerk to support futures clearing for US-domiciled clients, manage expiry, exercise, and delivery events, and ensure timely, accurate position reporting.

You will collaborate with clients, trading desks, Compliance, and external firms, perform end-of-day processing across DB systems, and contribute to control improvements and regulatory readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Must have futures industry operations experience including clearing, expiry processing, and position reporting.
• Familiarity with CME/ICE US and foreign markets; understanding of clearing requirements and delivery reporting.
• Proficiency with GMI/FIS, FISCD, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Visio).
• Ability to investigate operational issues, perform root-cause analysis, and identify automation opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Own accurate, timely processing of US futures option expiries and deliveries, including in-the-money/out-of-the-money reviews and exercise/assignment notifications.
• Manage end-of-day production across Deutsche Bank systems, third-party vendors, regulatory reporting agencies, and exchange applications.
• Monitor foreign-market trades for US-domiciled clients; validate positions and ensure accuracy of regulatory and client reporting.
• Research and resolve complex processing inquiries through root-cause analysis and escalation.
• Collaborate with clients, service teams, trading desks, Compliance, exchanges, and external firms to clear issues and support audits.
• Complete and evidence daily control checklists, support ad hoc reporting, and identify automation opportunities to improve workflows.
