Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for the FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. Start learning on the floor with mentorship and hands-on guidance while preparing to earn a successful income from day one.

The program offers orientation, advanced technical training, industry guidance, and team integration to support your development into a licensed stylist with commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment as beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility for night, weekend and holiday learning.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from the best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon front or back-of-house areas.
• Develop your craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Partner with a licensed pro to perform consultations on select guests.
• Observe and learn by watching salon professionals and asking questions to sharpen skills.
• Build a strong clientele through professional product knowledge and consultation skills.
