Hair Cuttery is seeking cosmetology students for its FuturePRO (Student to Work) program in Florida. You will be mentored, oriented, and trained in cutting, color, and guest services while earning as you learn.

As a student to work, you will experience a 90‑day mentorship, new hire orientation, and advanced technical training, with the goal of building a career ladder up to licensed status and substantial earnings.

Qualifications

• Current Enrollment: beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Flexibility: Night, weekend, and holiday availability.
• Legal Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Passion: Eagerness to learn cuts, fades, and color from senior stylists.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience by assisting in the salon workflow.
• Develop craft through a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Observe and learn by watching licensed pros and asking questions.
• Build a strong clientele through product knowledge and consultations.
