Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Virginia is launching the FuturePRO Student to Work program for beauty-school students eager to start earning while learning. As a hairstylist student, you'll begin with mentorship, orientation, and technical training in cutting, color, and client service.

The salon team will support you as you work behind the chair, with performance-based pay and a pathway up an eight-level career ladder once licensed.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from top professionals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: Assist at the reception area and help ensure a welcoming visit.
• Develop Your Craft: Follow a training plan with your Salon Leader (SL).
• Professional Partnership: Work with a licensed pro to perform consultations.
• Observe & Learn: Watch salon pros and ask questions to sharpen your skills.
• Business Building: Learn product knowledge and how to build a clientele.
