Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is launching the FuturePRO Student to Work program for beauty students eager to start earning while learning. As a hairstylist or barber student, you’ll receive mentorship, orientation, and hands-on training designed to help you begin your career from day one.

Earn while you train with hourly pay and the potential for substantial growth as you progress through our 8-level ladder and commission plan.

Qualifications

• Beauty school student ready to transition into a professional career.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from seasoned pros.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Experience: assist in reception and guest interactions.
• Develop Your Craft: follow a training plan with your Salon Leader.
• Professional Partnership: co-work with licensed pros on select guests.
• Observe & Learn: watch and ask questions to sharpen skills.
• Business Building: learn product knowledge and how to build a clientele.
