Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a motivated professional for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor in Pasadena, CA. The role focuses on building relationships with high-net-worth clients, identifying needs, and delivering comprehensive recommendations aligned to client goals.

You'll collaborate with Merrill advisor teams, leverage training, and grow a book of business through referrals and networking, while completing required licenses and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 in lieu) licenses required.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or a sales environment with goals.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Proven ability to source clients through prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify Merrill offerings for prospective clients.
• Build and manage a client book, conduct needs analyses, and present tailored investment strategies.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce; collaborate with Merrill advisor teams.
