Job summary

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor to work with high-net-worth individuals, building relationships and delivering comprehensive recommendations aligned to client goals.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow portfolio value while receiving mentorship and structured training. Eligible applicants have licenses and related experience in financial services.

Qualifications

• Required licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 in lieu) for eligibility.
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Investments industry knowledge and training.
• Strong ability to build trust and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Positions the capabilities of Merrill and Bank of America.
• Collects client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Serves as interim Financial Advisor, recommending investments.
• Documents all client interactions in Salesforce.
