Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a US internship position within the Country Clinical Quality Manager team to support quality operations for trials conducted in the US. The role involves data analysis, tool development, benchmarking, and assisting with audits and training.

You will develop presentations and participate in projects that enhance the ethical conduct of clinical trials, with a focus on collaboration across levels of staff and management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BS/BA program in a science-related field.
• Available for up to 12 weeks full-time beginning May/June 2027.
• Completed at least 2 years of collegiate study by June 2027.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis.
• Experience with databases or tech solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis for CCQM activities to identify trends.
• Develop tools to aid audits, inspections, QC, and training.
• Contribute to benchmarking activities for quality deliverables.
• Prepare presentations on internship activities and deliverables.
• Participate in projects supporting quality and ethical trials in the US.

• Support the US Country Clinical Quality Manager team overseeing quality operations for trials conducted by GCTO US
• Conduct data analysis for key CCQM activities to identify trends and process improvements
• Develop tools to enhance support of audits, inspections, Quality Control, and local training activities
• Support benchmarking activities for quality deliverables
• Develop presentations illustrating internship activities and deliverables
• Participate in and/or lead projects supporting quality and the efficient, ethical conduct of clinical trials within the US

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline
• Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks beginning in May or June 2027
• Completed at least 2 years of collegiate study by June 2027
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with systems, database management, application development, and other technology solutions
• Oral and written communication skills in an international environment
