Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a full-time internship to support the Clinical Quality Operations team overseeing quality operations for Global Clinical Trial Operations trials in the United States (New Jersey).

You will conduct data analysis, develop tools for risk assessment and inspection readiness, and contribute to benchmarking and capstone deliverables while collaborating across regions and levels.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline.
  • Available to work full-time for up to 12 weeks beginning in May or June 2027.
  • Completed at least 2 years of collegiate study by June 2027.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Aptitude for leveraging AI-related tools to support business tasks.
  • Oral and written communication skills in an international environment.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and solve problems.
  • Ability to think with creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to proficiently interact with all levels of specialists and management.
  • No visa sponsorship
