Summary

As a Store Manager, you will lead daily store operations, set standards for customer experience, employee performance, and sales. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for people, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the community. You will be a mentor, leader, and inspiration, with the opportunity to change lives while running a successful store.

Job Description

• Financial performance = 50%
• Work actively on the sales floor, interact with customers and staff to meet sales goals.
• Be among the top two salespeople in the store, leading in customer service and sales.
• Participate in budgeting and financial reviews.

• Staff performance = 25%
• Organize and validate staff training in sales, merchandising, POS, and product knowledge.
• Conduct bi-weekly leadership meetings to review performance and plan ahead.

• Store merchandising and operations = 15%
• Ensure a professional and inviting shopping environment through merchandising.
• Monitor supplies and manage store files and reports.

• Human resources = 10%
• Participate in staffing, interviewing, scheduling, and discipline processes.
