Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well kept per standards.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare timely performance appraisals and train on safety procedures.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and margins.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines and manage merchandise margins.
• Ensure posters and notices are accessible to all staff.
