Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year: 1–2 years of prior experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team through hands-on guidance and training.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and uphold structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to build a strong team.
• Drive customer service leadership and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
