Qualifications

• 1+ year as retail manager or supervisor.
• Full-time flexible schedule.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive leadership development and live the pledge to WOW customer service.
• Maintain clear communication with employees and customers to drive execution.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly P&L statements to optimize profitability.
• Support store operations and uphold structured training processes.
• Assist with staffing, mentoring, and training to develop a strong team.
• Lead customer service activities and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, merchandising, and sales strategies.
