This full-time role offers hands-on experience in sales, customer service, inventory management, and team supervision while earning based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in furniture/retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with financial incentives.
• Leadership potential and desire to grow into management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic knowledge of interior design is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales/management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master the sales process, including customer engagement, product presentation, and closing techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in managing the sales floor, including product placement and merchandising.
• Develop understanding of furniture products and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
• Participate in training sessions to develop leadership and management skills.
• Assist with scheduling and supervision of sales staff.
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support as needed.
• Learn and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
