As a SPED Teacher, you’ll deliver individualized instruction, assess progress, collaborate with families and school teams, and contribute to a safe, positive learning environment while pursuing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; teaching certification preferred.
• Commitment to learning and implementing feedback.
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic educational settings.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character.
• Use assessment data to adjust short- and long-term plans.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans.
• Collaborate with teams to foster critical thinking and academic rigor.
• Apply behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Support student growth tracking and daily school functions.
• Participate in conferences, meetings, and training.
