• Must meet or exceed Illinois DCFS Director qualification requirements.
• Leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.

• Genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and commitment to exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead one Kensington School and build a thriving school community.
• Develop and support school teams with strong leadership.
• Collaborate with Home Office on admissions, payroll, hiring, curriculum, maintenance, IT, and purchasing.
• Create an exceptional school experience for children and families.
