• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR and ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer to analyze reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management in hiring, training and counseling.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback in writing.
• Train staff on safety procedures and maintain safety awareness.
• Ensure timely communication with all site employees and Market Manager.
• Organize files, supervise reports, and ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; budget and forecast P&L.
• Safeguard money received and disbursed; perform related financial analyses.
