Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership for all restaurant employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to oversee restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
