Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at DMACC, maintaining at least half-time enrollment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, organized, comfortable shadowing industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and implementing initiatives that promote careers in education, health care, and the skilled trades.
• Serve as a student ambassador by shadowing career pathways.
• Represent Future Ready Perry at school visits, career fairs, and community events.
• Assist with outreach efforts by preparing promotional materials, managing event logistics, and supporting social media and communication initiatives.
• Assist with data collection, participant tracking, surveys, and reporting for grants and program evaluation.
• Support special projects that advance workforce development, college access, and career readiness initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned that contribute to the success of Future Ready Perry and its community partnerships.
