Qualifications

• Be pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in human resources, human capital, labor relations, organizational design, business, industrial and organizational psychology, communications, economics or finance.
• Demonstrate interest in consulting through coursework or projects.
• Be available to work in person at client sites or EY offices as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing client challenges and benchmarking against best practices.
• Support engagement leaders with data collection, risk identification and project coordination.
• Learn how EY helps clients transform and innovate and contribute to delivering solutions.
