Job summary

Toffler Associates is a Washington, DC based future-focused strategic advisory firm hiring a Strategy Consultant to manage project workstreams, perform independent analysis, and mentor new hires. You will lead executive sessions, develop actionable recommendations, and deliver executive-level reports for government and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in management consulting with an established consulting firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; master's degree preferred
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research and analysis skills
• Experience with market research, conducting executive-level interviews, and identifying data from primary and secondary sources
• Proven project management and client delivery experience
• An orientation toward nurturing and growing new relationships
• Experience in facilitating small and large client meetings, including senior executive off-sites
• Ability to communicate complex and challenging business problems in clear and relevant language
• Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington, DC metropolitan area; hybrid work environment anticipated, to include on-site and virtual locations
• U.S. citizenship (the nature of our work with the federal government limits our hiring to U.S. citizens)
• Ability to obtain and maintain up to a top-secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements on teams of 2-4 people to ensure high-quality delivery
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative research streams into client projects
• Provide project management support to meet timeliness and quality
• Lead stakeholder engagement through communications and facilitation
• Apply Toffler Associates frameworks to organize insights
• Understand, synthesize, and conduct research and analysis that drives insights for clients
• Provide project management support to meet client needs for timeliness and quality
• Develop and apply frameworks to provide organized insights using Toffler Associates methodologies
• Engage stakeholders effectively through communication and facilitation
