Wayne-Sanderson Farms is launching a Manager in Training (MIT) program in Georgia. This 12-month structured program cultivates early talent into future leaders through rotating experiences in plant operations, live production, and business functions.

Candidates should have a college degree and must be able to relocate within the company footprint. 0-5 years of work experience is acceptable as the program develops critical leadership skills and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) OR completed college degree by MIT start date.
• Must be able to relocate within company geographic footprint.
• 0-5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the day-to-day operations by working under mentors and across departments to understand operations, processes, and performance standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, including root cause analysis, and propose solutions with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Partner with experienced leadership to guide day-to-day activities of frontline associates and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Follow and apply the LEAP philosophy in daily decisions and interactions.
