Job summary

Mini Mall Storage Properties is a fast-growing self-storage company seeking a Customer Service Representative to blend customer service, sales, and property operations. You will help customers find storage solutions and ensure the facility is safe, clean, and welcoming.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person, by phone, and online; converting leads into rentals; processing agreements and payments; supporting collections and maintenance; and conducting inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Background check required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials, equipment, and other items weighing up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
