Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies in Colorado Springs seeks a highly skilled Future Operations Subject Matter Expert to coordinate briefing products and manage J35 briefings across multi-agency organizations. You will support FUOPS battle rhythm events, lead planning efforts, and produce documents for government review.

The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience, TS clearance with SCI/ACCM/SAP eligibility, and expert MS Office/TMT knowledge. Travel for exercises may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 10–15 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• TS clearance with SCI, ACCM and SAP eligibility.
• Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
• Expert in Microsoft Office and Task Management Tool processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with J5 Campaign Plans to transition JSOPs and contribute to planning cycles.
• Support Joint Planning per JP 5-0 and JP 3-0 series.
• Participate in OPTs to translate guidance into plans and orders.
• Produce documents for government review and approval.
• Analyze J5 support plans and conduct risk/trade-off analysis.
• Integrate plans with USSPACECOM and other staffs.
• Analyze campaign/COOP plans and describe impacts to warfighter.
• Schedule and set up meetings to inform decision-making.
• Support Tier 1/2 exercises; travel and extended workdays may be required.
• Receive on-the-job training for tools (GAP CIE, C2IE, TMT).
