Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a highly skilled Future Operations Subject Matter Expert to join a high-performance team supporting the CJTF-Space Operations in Colorado Springs. You will coordinate and develop briefing products, manage J35 briefings, and prepare documents for government review to sustain battle rhythm events across functional organizations.

Required are J35/Future Ops experience, strategic-level insight, and the ability to brief senior officers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Combatant Command J35, Future Ops, division, or related experience in other COCOM J3 divisions.
• Ability to identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level.
• Ability to lead a Joint Operations Operational Planning Team.
• Ability to brief/interact with senior GO/FLAG officers and senior civilians.
• Ability to analyze situations and provide well-informed recommendations.
• Excellent writing and oral presentation skills.
• Expert in Microsoft Office Suite and TMT processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher desired; 10–15 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Completion of JPME I highly desired; JPME II preferred.
• TS clearance with SCI, ACCM and SAP eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with J5 Campaign Plans and transition JSOPs annually.
• Support joint planning per JP 5-0 and JP 3-0 series.
• Participate in OPTs translating guidance into plans and orders.
• Produce documents for government review and approval.
• Analyze J5 support plans for warfighter readiness and risk.
• Synchronize plans with USSPACECOM and other staffs.
• Analyze campaign/COOP plans and advise impacts.
• Schedule meetings, invite participants, and brief commander staff.
• Support Tier 1–2 Exercises; travel and extended days may be required.
