The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, lead field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining accountability for performance and results.

About the Role

Stocks General Contractors is seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee field operations across our underground utility and civil construction projects.

This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to manage multiple projects, lead field teams, and maintain accountability for performance and results.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Full-Time | Salary
• Monday–Friday (project-based hours; flexibility required)

Compensation: $104,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
