Job description

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic soccer coaches for our British Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

What is Tiny Tykes?

Tiny Tykes introduces children aged 2-6 to soccer through fun games and stories in weekly 45-minute classes. Our curriculum, designed by soccer and child development experts, helps young players develop basic soccer skills, motor, social, and psychological skills.

Compensation

$15 - $25 per class, based on experience. Classes typically last 45-60 minutes and are scheduled back-to-back. Bonus schemes are available.

Additional Information

• Classes run Monday through Sunday, lasting 45-60 minutes, at preschools and sports complexes.
• Coaches receive uniforms, equipment, training, and a curriculum. Flexible part-time hours are available, starting in September for an 8-10 week session.

What is British Soccer Academy?

Year-round professional coaching, including mentoring, coach clinics, and feedback to players, parents, and staff. Coaches act as ambassadors and support the organization.

Compensation

Paid weekly based on previous seasons worked. Coaches typically work 15-30 hours weekly coaching, with additional hours in marketing and administration.
