CRRC Sifang America is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure goals are met within prescribed timeframes. The role involves creating work plans, coordinating staff, and interfacing with government agencies to keep projects on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is an on-site role based in Illinois.

Summary
Assists in the planning and coordinating of activities of the designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame by performing the following duties personally or through other project staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reviews project proposals or plans to determine timeframe and procedures for accomplishing the project
  • Establishes a work plan.
  • Confers with project staff to outline the work plan and to assign duties and responsibilities.
  • Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

Salary Range: $58,656 - $70,000/annually
Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401k

Compensation: $58,656.00 - $70,000.00 per year
