St. Thomas Community Health Center in New Orleans is seeking a Patient Service Associate/Operator to provide friendly, service-oriented assistance to patients and customers under supervision. You will handle clerical tasks, maintain confidentiality, and support clinic operations in a community health setting.

To provide personalized and service oriented assistance for patients/customers under the supervision of Clinic Manager and Team Leader. The Patient Service Associate implements all aspects of the clerical side of health care delivery to patients/customers. Maintain a positive work relationship with all staff members for the good of the patient/customer and institution. The employee should demonstrate the ability to provide care and service with individuals of all age groups. Demonstrates actions consistent with St. Thomas Community Health Center’s Service Principles as duties are performed on a daily basis.
Education, Experience & Training:
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 Years Administrative Experience Preferred.
College Graduate Preferred.
Maintain confidentiality in matters related to co-workers and patients. Adhere to Professionalism with dress code/manners CPR Healthcare Provider certification.
