Gameday Men’s Health in Carmel is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-growing clinics. The role involves evaluating patients for testosterone therapy, ED treatments, weight management, and providing comprehensive medical care on-site.

Candidates must have an active state license, a valid DEA certificate, and be eligible for professional registration; part-time hours are available, and the company offers on-site lab testing, bonuses, and potential equity.

Qualifications

• Experience in related medical fields such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits; active state license in good standing; active DEA Certificate; and active Controlled Substance Registration.

Responsibilities

• Testosterone replacement therapy evaluation and prescription under physician supervision.
• Weight management injections and peptide/vitamin therapies administration.
• Erectile dysfunction treatments including Gainswave, P‑Shot, Trimix.
• Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections.
• Collaborating with Medical Assistants and receptionists to meet clinic goals.
• Ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations and continuity of care.
• Developing and implementing patient management plans.

Gameday is excited to welcome the ideal candidate with at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience to our growing team. Erectile Dysfunction treatment (shockwave therapy and P-shots) experience is a definite plus!

This candidate would exhibit exceptional skills and/or a willingness to be trained in the following areas:

• Testosterone Replacement: Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels via injections, topicals, orals, or pellets.
• Weight Management injections
• Peptide or Vitamin therapies
• Erectile Enhancement: Gainswave, P-Shot, Trimix
• Being team-oriented
• Comprehensive medical consultations
• Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections
• Working together with a Medical Assistant(s) and a Receptionist
• Maintaining clinic goals for new patient additions and service times
• Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
• Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
• Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.
