Job summary

GameDay Men's Health in Carmel is hiring a PART-TIME Certified Medical Assistant for its Carmel and Fishers location. The role supports testosterone replacement therapy and other men's health services, with 20–30 hours per week and no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy, injections, vital signs, EMR documentation, scheduling, and greeting patients. Certification is required; experience in medspas or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• Experience in related fields (medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice) preferred.
• No malpractice lawsuits currently or pending

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy (2 years experience preferred; 10–12 sticks per day).
• Administer injections (testosterone, B12, etc.).
• Check vital signs and document in EMR.
• Input lab results into patient charts and assist providers.
• Schedule appointments and manage communications with patients.
• Greet patients and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate records.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:

• This is part-time work, if you need full-time then probably not the best job for you. Estimating 20-30 hours per week, no weekends.


• Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients (2 Years of Experience Required) if you can't straight needle then don't apply as we do 10-12 sticks per day


• Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) - 10-12 of these per day


• Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR


• Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts


• Assisting medical providers with patient care


• Greeting patients


• Assisting in lab operations


• Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.


• Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text


• Heavy Office Management work with computer experience required


• Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text


• Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials


• Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
