Gameday Men’s Health is expanding in Carmel and Fishers. We seek a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 2+ years of experience to provide testosterone replacement therapy, erectile health services, and weight management under physician supervision.

An on-site lab enables quick testing and rapid results. Ideal candidates will perform comprehensive consultations, administer injections, and collaborate with Medical Assistants to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Needs Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience
• Experience with TRT and ED is a plus
• Active state license in good standing and DEA certificate required

Gameday is excited to welcome the ideal candidate with at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience to our growing team. Erectile Dysfunction treatment (shockwave therapy and P-shots) experience is a definite plus!

This candidate would exhibit exceptional skills and/or a willingness to be trained in the following areas:

• Testosterone Replacement: Evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels via injections, topicals, orals, or pellets.
• Weight Management injections
• Peptide or Vitamin therapies

- Being team-oriented

- Comprehensive medical consultations

- Administering intramuscular injections and PRP injections

- Working together with a Medical Assistant(s) and a Receptionist

- Maintaining clinic goals for new patient additions and service times

- Complying with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements

- Providing continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.

- Experience/knowledge of TRT and ED is a huge plus.

Qualifications: Experience in a related field, such as urology, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred. No current or pending malpractice lawsuits, active state license in good standing, active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance Registration.
