Job summary

Hudson Grove Property Management is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support two communities in Louisville, CO and Thornton, CO. The role focuses on safe, well-maintained living spaces with a resident-first approach, and includes a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will handle repairs, prepare move-in units, perform general maintenance, and assist with snow removal and on-call shifts. Competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Own basic tool set as listed above; own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with current auto insurance.
• Live within 10 miles of Thornton and Louisville, CO; preferably between.
• Team-player mindset and a desire to grow skills and career.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and resident-first attitude.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in including repairs, cleaning, and painting.
• Participate in snow removal rotation and on-call schedule.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely unit turns.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting
• Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule
• Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems
• Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns

What You Bring to the Team

• ++A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades++
• Fluency in English required; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
• Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring‑loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required)
• ++You live within 10 miles of Thornton AND Louisville, CO; Preferably somewhere in between.++
